How we work
From forest to finished product.

01 / 09
Forest
We select top-quality trees from FSC 100% certified forests. Oak, ash, beech, pine, larch, every tree has its rhythm and its path.

02 / 09
Delivery
Long timber arrives straight from the forest. Inspection and sorting begin right at the gate, we decide what each log will become.

03 / 09
Sawing
Sawing into dimensional timber. Grades AB, B, C and mix are sorted right at the saw line.

04 / 09
Stacking
Fresh sawn timber goes onto stickers in even stacks. Air moves between the boards, so the material dries evenly and does not twist.

05 / 09
Paraffin sealing
We paraffin-seal the ends of every board, edge and debark. This step protects oak and ash from cracking, invisible but crucial.

06 / 09
Drying shed / kiln drying
A covered, ventilated drying shed: boards on aligned stickers, natural seasoning from 6 to 24 months. After that we finish the material in drying kilns to the required moisture content.

07 / 09
Grading
Active grading of material to match customer demand. We are one of the few sawmills with such detailed grading of ash and oak.

08 / 09
Machining
Four-side planers, gluing presses, multi-rip saws. We make window scantlings, battens, stairs and made-to-measure elements to spec.

09 / 09
Finished product
Sawn timber, glued wood, stairs, window scantlings, ready for your project. We ship to Poland, Germany and all of Europe. In 4 languages.
