Process

From log to finished component. All in one mill.

Five stages, one site in Sulęcin, full control. We are not middlemen, we run the whole process ourselves, so you know what you get and when.

    Raw material

    Round wood from certified forests. Logs are graded in the yard; oak ends are waxed to prevent checking.

    Sawing

    Circular saw line with length optimisation for the specific order. Less waste on your side, more usable material.

    Drying

    Natural seasoning in stickered stacks, then an automatic kiln to the agreed moisture content.

    Machining

A family business in its second generation.

We have been processing wood since 1992, first as a veneer factory in Łagodzin (91 employees at its peak, supplying IKEA), today as a modern sawmill on 6.5 ha in Sulęcin. Decisions are made by people who know wood inside out and personally stand behind every batch.

How does an order work, step by step?
  1. You send an enquiry via the form, by phone or on WhatsApp.
  2. We pin down species, grade, dimensions and quantity.
  3. You receive a quote and a date.
  4. After approval we prepare the material and arrange pickup or delivery.
What is the minimum order?

It depends on the product. With glued wood we go down to single pieces: one table top, a few window sills, sometimes a single stair tread. For sawn timber and for delivery on our own transport there are minimum quantities, which we state with the quote. Ask about the specific material.

What delivery area do you cover? Do you offer crane (HDS) unloading?

We deliver in Poland, across Europe and beyond Europe. For shipments abroad we arrange phytosanitary certificates. We run our own specialist transport: truck-mounted crane (HDS), stanchions and curtain-side trailers. Smaller batches go out palletised by courier.

What is the lead time?

Sawn timber goes out straight away, round wood usually on the spot or next day once the grades are agreed. Glued wood is made to order, up to two weeks at most. Sawmill services are sometimes done the same day, and the maximum wait is usually a week.
