Drewno Pilarscy S.C., a family sawmill in Sulęcin (Lubusz Voivodeship) certified FSC 100%, works both on customer-supplied timber and on our own material: from sawing the log to a finished, dried and planed component.

Sawing, drying and machining of round timber

Three stages you can buy separately or one after another. Sawing: we debark the long timber and optimise it into lengths the buyer can use, so less waste is left. Drying: we stack the material on stickers and dry it in the kiln, then measure, count and grade it. Machining: planing, chamfering and milling of the dried material. Each stage is invoiced separately.

Kiln drying

We dry boards for joinery and furniture production. The material is set on stickers so air passes evenly through the whole stack. That is the condition for a board not to cup once it leaves the kiln.

Planing and timber machining

We plane on four sides to size, chamfer edges and cut profiles: tongue and groove for cladding and decking boards, grooved surfaces, radius R. From pine timber we make window scantlings. Surfaces come out ready for lacquering or gluing.

Timber gluing, small and large format

Small format: single elements, table tops, window sills, stair treads. Large format: panels and structural elements with large surfaces and lengths that solid boards cannot deliver without the risk of warping. You can run the whole route with us, from log to finished glued element.

Timber transport

We arrange transport for raw timber and finished goods. Delivery terms are agreed with the quote, depending on the route and batch size.
